Friends and Family
I have come to realize that all you need in life are friends and family. They stand by your side no matter what. They are there for you through thick and thin and will never leave you alone. I really do love my friends and family and I don't know what I would do without them.
Why does college have to be so hard?
Why does college have to be so hard sometimes. I feel like i have so much work to do and no time to do it. I really hope that as the semesters go on it gets easier, because i dont think i can take much more of this stress. I hate having tests that have nothing to do with what i studied and have to write papers that have no point to them. I just hope that all this "work" really is preparing me for the real world. I just dont see what this has to do with getting ready for the real world. I just hope college gets better, because I'm really not having fun right now!
The fun of Halloween
Halloween was always fun when i was a kid. I loved dressing up and getting candy. Now that i am older I dont go out trick or treating, but i dont mind giving out the candy to the kids that come to my house. I think its funny when older kids come because they are definatly too old for it and you can tell because they dont have a costume, but i give them candy anyway. Its such a fun holiday for little kids!
BootCamp
Last week my cousin graduated from bootcamp for the marine reserves and i am so proud of him. He has had a tough life, but that has never brought him down. This is huge for him. He was miserable for the 6 weeks that he was thre but now that he is home, he is loving it and is so proud of himself and he has the right to be so proud. He leaves in a few days for combat training and he will be gone for about 3 months. I know he can do it, i just hope that he stays safe at all times.
Why Lies Are Necessary
Ericsson believes that lies are necessary. He believes that telling the truth everyday is nearly impossible. People usually make situations worse than they really are, so to avoid that confrontation, telling a small little lie wont hurt anyone.
I really do not believe that lies are good. If you do something that you are going to end up lying about in the end, then it was never worth it to begin with.

Stree of college
Since college started I have been nothing but stressed. Before I started college everyone told me I was going to have so much fun and to be honest I'm not having any fun. I feel like I have no time to do the things I used to do or spend time doing things I enjoy doing, all I do is school work. I really hate it. I have no time to really hang out with my friends because if I'm not at school or doing school work I'm usually babysitting. I really hope school gets better because I hate it right now!
Who was the antagnist in "Stranger than Fiction"
In "Stranger than Fiction" the antagonist was Karen Eiffel. In this movie she was writing a novel about a person who she thought was a fictional character, but ended up being a real person. This fictional character had all the same traits and characteristics of the real person.
Who is the protagonist in "Stranger than Fiction"
In "Stranger than Fiction", there was a protagonist and antagonist. The protagonist was Harold Crick. Harold went through the day doing his daily routines. He began to feel that someone was watching him or following him and noting everything he did during the day, down to the amount of brush stokes he used to brush his teeth. He eventually came to find out that a world known author was writing a novel and happened to be about his life.

Obseving Contrast
When solving a math problem, you have to use certain rules that you have previously learned in order to solve the problem. For example, if you want to solve an algebraic equation when you have an unknown variable, you have to get the variable alone on one side of the equation. Once you do that you can figure out the answer to the problem.
Writing an English paper can be somewhat similar. When you write a paper, you have to use certain grammar rules that you have picked up throught your years of learning. Trying to write an English paper with out the proper rules can make it hard on the reader. The reader would not be able to read a paper that did not have proper grammar.
Math and English can also be somewhat different. Grammar applies to all written papers, but the rules of math are not the same for every problem. The rules change according to the type of problem you are solving.

People need to learn how to drive
People who can't drive really annoy me. I hate driving through the center of Westfield because people really don't know how to drive. Getting through town or going around the circle of Westfield isn't that hard and yet there are people who can't do it. People stop in the middle of the road and have like not clue what they are doing, its like they are the only ones on the road. Its just so frustrating sometimes!
Semicolon exercise
Yesterday I went to the grocery store. I bought bread, whole wheat; cold cuts, turkey; milk, 2%; and apples, Macintosh.

Complete Friend
Last year i was fortunate to find a girl i can now call my best friend. Her name is Felicia and she really is everything a best friend should be. Through out high school we always knew each other, but never were really close friends, more like acquaintances. When we started to become friends it was weird because I had always known her, but never thought anything of being her friend. We hung out with different people, so I just assumed we were different. I was actually very wrong.
As we began to hang out and get to know each other we began to realize that we were very much alike. We had some of the same hobbies and enjoyed doing the say things. We did have our differences though. Felicia is a very loud person, loud in a good why though. She will stand up for the things she wants and thinks are right. Whereas I'm not exactly loud, I'm actually really quiet. She is also very talkative. I can be talkative if I am comfortable around the people I'm with, but if I'm not I'm pretty quiet.
Our friendship began to grow and Felicia helped me come out of the shell i was in. She made me realize that i shouldn't be nervous or shy when it comes to stating my opinion. Now I am not as shy as i used to be. She has also helped me express my feelings. Before i met her, I would keep most of my feelings inside. I had friends that I could talk to but I just never thought they would want to hear what i had to say so i just kept it to myself. Felicia was always eager to listen to what i had to say and would always come up with the best advice for my problems. She is always willing to stop what she is doing to help me. No matter what she is always there for me.Felicia has shown me what a real best friend is and without her I would probably still be wondering what life would be like if I had a friend like her.
